1. Ownership of Equipment:
• All Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), provided by Padmnet Broadband Service PVT LTD, is our exclusive property. Please return any equipment upon termination of service.
2. Service Delivery:
• We are responsible for delivering services to a single point at your premises. Further distribution or cabling is your responsibility.
3. Network Uptime:
• We guarantee 98% uptime for both wireless and wired customers, excluding scheduled maintenance.
4. Response and Resolution:
• We aim to respond to your issues within 24 hours and resolve them within 72 hours.
5. Phone Support Hours:
• Phone support is available from 10 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.
6. Fair Usage Policy:
• Plans with unlimited data have a Fair Usage Policy. Excessive usage may result in plan benefits withdrawal.
7. Subscriber Conduct:
• Use our internet services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited content includes material that violates rights, is threatening, abusive, or objectionable.
8. Payment of Bills:
• Monthly plans: Payment due within 7 days of billing. • Quarterly plans: Payment due within 7 days of billing. • Half-yearly and yearly plans: Payment due within 7 days of billing. • Non-payment may result in service disconnection; restoration upon full payment.
9. Billing Discrepancies:
• Report billing errors within 15 days for investigation and potential refund.
10. Tariff Revision:
• We reserve the right to revise tariffs; changes communicated in advance.
11. Force Majeure:
• We are not liable for non-performance or delay due to unforeseen events.
12. Illegal Use:
• Internet services must be used for lawful purposes only.
13. Ownership of CPE:
• Leased equipment remains our property. Return it upon subscription termination.
14. Changes to Terms:
• We may update these terms; users will be notified of changes.
