1. Cancellation Request:

• If you wish to cancel your subscription at any time after the initial activation, you may do so by contacting our customer support team.

2. Refund Calculation:

• Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of your prepaid subscription fee, minus a deduction percentage for administrative and processing costs. The deduction percentage is 26% of the remaining subscription amount.

3. Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the refund request. The refund amount will be issued using the original payment method used for the subscription unless otherwise specified by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

• Please note that installation charges, equipment fees, and any usage charges incurred during the service period are non-refundable.

5. Service Disruption:

• In the event of an extended service disruption due to technical issues on our end, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the duration of the outage upon request.

6. Discretionary Refunds:

• In exceptional circumstances, such as documented cases of unsatisfactory service quality or billing errors on our part, we may offer discretionary refunds beyond the scope of this policy.

7. Policy Changes:

• Padmnet Broadband reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email or through our website.
